  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Lender fees including charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees including charges for property insurance, HOA dues, appraisal and inspections such as pest, home, roof and pool inspections. 
  • Government fees including deed recording and, in some cases, state & local transfer taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees including escrow fees, homeowner's and lender title insurance, loan interest and points, real estate taxes and occasionally private mortgage insurance (PMI).
